REFUND & RETURN POLICY
If you are not satisfied with your MÏRIELLE purchase for any reason, you have 7 days after delivery to initiate a return. We’ll process your return as soon as we receive it for the purchase amount minus the original shipping charges. Please note it may take up to 10 business days for the credit to appear on your account.
Returns are only allowed for products purchased at full price from MÏRIELLE. Returned merchandise must be received in its original unworn condition, free from any marks (makeup or otherwise), scratches or damage, and in its full original packaging, this includes the UPC (barcode) that comes with your original packaging.
Please note the following exceptions to our return and refund policy:
- Discounted items are final sale cannot be returned or exchanged
- Returned items must have tags still on and be returned in original product packaging including accessories such as microfiber cloth, case and bag.
- Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use
RETURNING WRONG OR DEFECTIVE ITEM(S)
If your shipment is delivered to you in any damaged condition or if you are missing any part of your order, please notify us immediately at shopmirielle@gmail.com. Please note you need to initiate a return or contact us within 2 days of receiving your order to be issued a full refund. Any requests received after two days will not be honored.
